You have 14 days after receipt of your purchase to make your return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and packaging, new, unworn, unwashed. Any returned non-compliant or damaged item will not be accepted for return. In order to make a return request, we invite you to send an email to contact@ginettegarde.com for a refund request on the item concerned.
Once the return request has been validated by us, and always within the period indicated above, you will need to send the package by post via Colissimo to the address indicated below:
Please note, if you do not submit your return request by email, and do not follow the return procedure, we will not be able to reimburse you. The risks and costs of the return are the responsibility of the buyer. The refund will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following the return of the products.
We can offer you exchanges for sizes within the limits of available stocks. The return costs in this case remain the responsibility of the customer.
