The approximate delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days between the order and the dispatch (this applies from the day of the order placed on the site). The delay may be longer when leaving the collection.  Shipments are made by post by Colissimo. Shipping times are around 1-3 days, but they can be extended during busy periods. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Some countries charge customs fees which are also buyer's responsibility.




We do not do a standard exchange, if you want a new size, another model, or another color, just re-order the standard on the e-shop and send us a return request by email for the items to be returned to us. You have 14 days after receipt of your purchase to make your return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and packaging, new, unworn, unwashed. Any item returned non-compliant or damaged will not be accepted in return. Promotional and / or sale items can be returned or exchanged but will not be refunded, a credit equal to your order will be offered for a next order.  In order to make a return request, we invite you to send an email to for a refund request on the item concerned.

Once the return request has been validated by us, and always within the period indicated above, you will need to send the package by post via Colissimo to the address indicated below:
